I am a trained physical therapist, cultural anthropologist, yoga instructor, and psychotherapist.
I identify with the systemic school of thought but also incorporate elements from other approaches into my work. My further training includes trauma therapy, hypnosystemic tools, and trance journeys. I also have a foundation in massage techniques (e.g., reflexology, Ayurveda), group fitness instruction, and aromatherapy.
It is important to me to take a comprehensive view, both in terms of mental and physical health. I place particular emphasis on nature-based and holistic approaches.
My many years of work experience have focused on working with young adults and people who have experienced trauma. Key topics include identity formation, gender issues, interculturality, psychosomatic diagnoses, and women's empowerment.
What makes me special is my culturally sensitive approach, international work experience, and experience in various fields. I strive to work in a non-judgmental manner and welcome people of all identities and backgrounds.
My own interests lie in cultural studies and dance. I am a mother of three children.
I welcome people of all identities and backgrounds and look forward to supporting you on your journey.
